Beta 2.6 is the first public note that makes you a person in the world, not only a god above it. The older description already said you can step down and live as one of them, and that you can help build or help run a nation. The new note is more specific.
Four things Beta 2.6 adds
| Addition | What is known | What is not published |
|---|---|---|
| Play together | You can share a world with friends. | How invites work. The server size on the public record is still 5. |
| Other stars and galaxies | You can explore them and meet new peoples. | The names of those peoples and stars. |
| New kinds of worlds | There are new starts beyond the older empty-world option. | The names of those world types. |
| Your own place in a war and a village | Build a home, start your own village, and fight huge wars on foot or in tanks and mechs. | The build menu, the enlist control, and any cost. |
Step down, then build
- Learn the god view first, using Start your first world, so you recognize ages and borders from the ground.
- Use the control the in-game Guide gives for living as one of the people. The public description does not name that button.
- Build a home and start your own village only after you have seen how an autonomous town already builds. You will notice what the game still does for you and what it now expects you to place.
- If friends join, the public cap is 5 players on a server. A sixth friend cannot be assumed to fit. Voice chat and camera were marked not supported on the public game page. VIP servers are not allowed on the experience record.
New peoples
"Meet new peoples" is the official phrase. It does not say elves, ogres, or any other proper name. Those names appear on third-party pages and are not used as wiki entries here. When your version shows a people, the in-game presentation is the source of its name. Until then, the Roles pages only list the god you play and the rival god from the Beta 2.2 notes.
Shared worlds change the experiment
A world shared with friends is no longer only your disaster timer. A meteor, a flood or a creed choice lands on a village someone else may be building. Agree on who answers prayers and who calls disasters before you do either. That is coordination advice. The game does not publish permission roles.
Done when
You know the server cap is 5, you can find the in-game path for a home or a village, and you are not hunting a named race list the developer has not published.
